Nancy HasslebackNancy Hasselback
President and CEO

As President and CEO, Ms. Hasselback is responsible for overseeing the strategic growth of the trade show and publishing division worldwide. Ms. Hasselback's tenure at DBC began in 1979, as the editor and subsequently publisher of SeaFood Business magazine. She was responsible for the launch and development of the magazine, which has been the industry leader for over two decades. In 1991, she was promoted to Business Development Director, and to Vice President Business Development in 1995. Under Ms. Hasselback's direction, DBC's portfolio of trade shows and publications expanded through acquisitions, launches and association partnerships.

Paul ClancyPaul Clancy
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Clancy directs the financial affairs of all of Diversified's divisions, working with bankers, shareholders and other company leaders in securing the organization's cash resources. Financial reporting, accounting and human resources also fall under his leadership. Prior to joining Diversified in 1979, Mr. Clancy worked in public accounting. Mr. Clancy serves on the board of Junior Achievement, which provides economics education for students K-12.

Vice President, Enterprise Services, CIO

As VP Enterprise Services & CIO of Diversified Business Communications, Ms. Baldwin has overall responsibility for strategic direction and development of DBC's enterprise and product execution services, including Technology, Business Intelligence and Information Marketing systems and support teams.

Vicki HenninVicki Hennin
Vice President, Strategic Marketing & Business Intelligence

As VP Strategic Marketing & Business Intelligence, Ms. Hennin oversees both Diversified's global best practices around marketing strategy and Diversified's marketing services, analytics and project managent office. Before joining the company in 1996, Ms. Hennin worked in the Direct Marketing Department at LL Bean. Previously, she was the Circulation Manager for PC Week, a Ziff-Davis publication.

Theodore WirthTheodore Wirth
Vice President, Business Development

As Vice President of Business Development, Ted oversees Diversified's strategic global growth opportunities. Mr. Wirth joined Diversified as Finance Director in 1994 and then served as VP of Commercial Marine Expositions beginning in 1997. In 1999 he left Diversified to launch a magazine and subsequently a high-end personalized stationary company. Before returning to Diversified in his current role, Mr. Wirth worked for Coastal Enterprises, Inc. first advising small businesses and hopeful entrepreneurs and then as the Accounting & Compliance Officer for its capital management subsidiary which specialized in bringing investors to low income communities via the New Markets Tax Credit program.

Matthew PearceMatthew Pearce
Managing Director, Diversified Exhibitions Australia

Mr. Pearce is responsible for the management and growth of Diversified Exhibitions Australia, a division of DBC. Mr. Pearce joined Diversified Exhibitions Australia in May 2006. He has a strong corporate background in media, print and publishing and brings a wealth of experience and expertise beyond the exhibition industry.

Bob MacGregorBob MacGregor
Managing Director, Diverisfied Business Communications, Canada

Bob Macgregor is responsible for the management and growth of Diversified Business Communications Canada, a partnership formed between Macgregor Communications and Diversified Business Communications in 2002. In 1998, Mr. Macgregor, who has been in the trade show industry for over twenty years, formed trade show company Macgregor Communications. He also established Arsystems, a technology and registration company, in 1982. Before the formation of Macgregor Communications, Mr. Macgregor was the President of Reed Exhibitions Canada, a division of Reed Exhibitions. While at Reed, he received the company's top recognition, the Reed Exhibitions President's Award.

United Kingdom

Carsten HolmCarsten Holm
Managing Director, Full Moon Communications

Carsten Holm is responsible for the management and growth of Full Moon Communications (FMC), the UK-based division of DBC that produces trade shows and publishes magazines in the natural products, organic products and complementary & alternative healthcare industries. Mr. Holm joined FMC in 2005. He has been involved in the exhibition industry for 20 years and has held senior positions with several leading exhibition organisers, including Clarion Events, Quantum Exhibitions, Emap, Montgomery Exhibitions, Blenheim and AGB Heighway.

United States

Mary LarkinMary Larkin
Group Vice President

Group Vice President As Group Vice President, Mary Larkin oversees All Things Organic™, Diversified's US integrative healthcare portfolio and Diversified's international portfolio of seafood tradeshows, including the European Seafood Exhibition/Seafood Processing Europe, the International Boston Seafood Show/Seafood Processing America, and the Mediterranean Seafood Exhibition/Seafood Processing Mediterranean. Ms. Larkin joined Diversified in 1995 as an account executive. She was promoted to sales manager and was in charge of the International Boston Seafood Show and the European Seafood Exhibition/Seafood Processing Europe at various points in her career. Most recently she was show director for the seafood group.

Mike LodatoMike Lodato
Group Vice President

In his role as Group Vice President, Mr. Lodato serves as Publisher for the monthly publications National Fisherman and WorkBoat. Mr. Lodato is responsible for Diversified's US marine trade shows including Pacific Marine Expo, the International WorkBoat Show and Fish Expo/WorkBoat Atlantic. In addition, Mr. Lodato is responsible for The Super Floral Show and the New England Food Services and Lodging Exposition. Mr. Lodato joined the company as Territory Sales Manager for WorkBoat and National Fisherman in 1990 in Diversified's Louisiana office. Prior to joining Diversified, Mr. Lodato held management positions in several industries including communications, marine and architectural. Mr. Lodato is a member of the Propeller Club.

Bill SpringerBill Springer
Group Vice President

Mr. Springer is publisher of SeaFood Business magazine, the nation's leading seafood trade publication. He oversees all publishing functions for this magazine and is responsible for its long-term strategic direction and its ancillary products. In addition, Mr. Springer is responsible for the Administrative Professionals Conference and Diversified’s conference department. Before joining Diversified, Mr. Springer was an independent sales representative selling advertising sections for Fortune and PC Week. For six years prior to that, he was publisher of Service News, the newspaper for computer service and support, at United Publications in Yarmouth, Maine. Mr. Springer is a board member of Northwest Food Strategies, an organization that provides the link that allows the seafood industry to donate seafood to a network of food banks throughout the US.

Brian RandallBrian Randall
Vice President eMedia

As Vice President of eMedia, Brian Randall oversees the development of Diversified's portfolio of digital products including: Integrative Pracititioner.com, Comida News.com, KosherToday.com, SeafoodSource.com, All Asia Food News.com, and WorkBoat.com. Randall joined Diversified in 2005 as Group Vice President of the Cultural Food Group. Randall also managed Diversified’s incubation group. Prior to Diversified, Randall was General Manager and Group Show Director of the technology group at Advanstar Communications. During his tenure at Advanstar, Randall managed several events and launches including the AIIM, enterprise content management event and lead the successful collocation with On Demand, Digital Printing & Publishing event. Randall gained incubation experience through the launches of events in RFID, digital publishing and digital marketing. Randall has been in business-to-business media for more than 15 years beginning at FMI, the Food Marketing Institute, in Washington, DC. He later joined Convention Management Group, an association event management company where he managed several events in many sectors for a wide range of clients including: National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, National Food Brokers Association, National Mining Association, the Aluminum Association, and the TSEA’s TS2 show. Randall then joined the team at NAB, the National Association of Broadcasters, before moving to the AIIM Association.
