Directions to the Portland Office

From the South

1. Follow 95N into Maine.
2. Off 95N take Exit 44 (formerly exit 6A) (South Portland) and continue straight after the toll onto 295N
3. Off 295N take Exit 6A (Forest Avenue South)
4. Follow Forest Ave. through several intersections until the road ends on Congress Street.
5. Take a LEFT onto Congress Street.
6. Take your first RIGHT onto Oak Street. Our building is the one on the RIGHT. It runs the whole length of Oak St. (between Congress and Free Streets).

Parking:

7. At the stop sign on Oak St., turn LEFT onto Free Street. The parking garage is on the RIGHT.

FREE parking for guests of Diversified: Take a green ticket when you enter the garage. Bring your ticket to Diversified’s reception desk at 121 Free Street to be stamped. Return the ticket to the garage attendant upon exiting the garage for FREE parking.

Portland Office: 121 Free Street, Portland, Maine

8. Walk out of the garage onto Free Street. Turn LEFT and walk up Free Street to the next block. Our entrance on the RIGHT (Diversified Communications)
9. Check-in with reception area on the first floor and have your parking ticket stamped.

From the North

1. In Gardner, get off 495 (the toll Road) onto 95 South (non-toll road)
2. 95S will turn into 295
3. Get off 295S at Exit 6A (Forest Avenue South)
4. Follow Forest Ave. through several intersections until the road ends on Congress Street.
