Our creative team is ready and willing to build your ad for you. Headed by a Senior Web Designer, and supported by a large staff of seasoned graphic designers and production experts, we’ll help you create an ad to get the most bang for your buck when advertising on our sites.

Any size ad:

$180 for a static ad
$250 for an animated ad of no more than 3 frames

This includes 1 design, with 3 rounds of revisions to get your ad just right. We charge a fee of $60 an hour for revisions beyond the initial 3 rounds.

URL the banner ad should link to (normally, this is your company’s homepage.)

A logo graphic
Please send your logo or graphic images saved as a GIF, Jpeg, TIFF, or EPS file. At the very least, the resolution needs to be 150dpi. Larger files should come compressed as either a ZIP or SIT file.

A suggested color palate
We reserve the right to suggest and implement a different palate. More on this under "Best Practices"

Concept for the ad
A clear concept of what you’d like to appear on the ad, including copy and other graphics you wish to appear on it. Please submit your copy as a Word document. More on this under "Best Practices"

Animated ads
A clear concept of each frame of the ad, with copy and other graphicsyou wish to appear on each frame. Please submit your copy as a Word document. More on this under "Best Practices"

Your ad will be live on the site within 10 days of the receipt of all materials listed above. This allows time for our team of designers to build your ad, and allows time to make edits to the design.

Please keep in mind the limitations in size of these ads. This should dictate the way the copy is written for your ad. As such, a designer may need to contact you in the case that your copy is too verbose for the ad size you’ve purchased.

Word Document:
In the case of an animated ad, please label each frame as follows (this is an example):

Frame 1:
Logo
“Your company's tag line!”

Frame 2:
Logo
“See us in booth 444 at the International Trade Show”

Frame 3:

Logo Format vs. Ad Size
Keep in mind the height restrictions of some of our banner ad sizes. Both a Banner and a Button 2 ad (illustrations below) are only 60 pixels tall. This becomes an issue if your logo is in a square or vertical format. If you have a version of your logo designed in a horizontal format, please send that along for these 2 ad formats.

Conversely, a Vertical Banner is only 120 pixels wide (illustration below). This is, of course, a better format for square or vertical logo designs. If you have a version of your logo designed in a vertical or square format, please send that along for this format.

A Square Button is 125 x 125, and, like the Vertical Banner, creates challenges when it comes to a horizonatally formated logo.

Graphics:
Keep in mind there are file depth restrictions for each ad placed on our site. File depth is effected by how elaborate and colorful the images you want to place in your ad are. We may need to restrict the usage of such images if they ultimately effect the depth of your ad.

Color:
While we appreciate your product's marketing campaign, we do reserve the right to edit the suggested color palate of your ad. We suggest leaning away from bright or neon colors, for no other reason than industry user testing has proven such ads are viewed as "distracting" and "annoying" by site visitors.

Button 2 ads (120 pixels wide x 60 pixels tall)
This is the smallest size we offer. Below is an example of how small such an ad is:

We would suggest, for this size, to have no more in your ad than:

Frame 1:
Logo

Frame 2:
An attention grabbing tag line

Frame 3:

Banner, Square Button, & Vertical Banners:
These formats have a little more breathing room (although not much horizontally with the Square Button), so creating an ad to match your vision shouldn’t be of too much of a concern.
