International Sales Representative (based in Asia)
Diversified Business Communications seeks an experienced sales representative to be based in China. This person will conduct business-to-business telephone sales associated with trade shows. Duties include selling exhibit booth space, program advertising and sponsorships, sales tracking and reports, and building and maintaining positive professional relationships with existing accounts. Strong computer skills needed for database support and reporting. Candidates must have at least 3 years of telephone sales experience, and experience in Asian/Chinese markets. Fluency in English and Chinese required.
Marketing Coordinator (CM/Food/Floral Group)
Diversified Business Communications is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This key position coordinates all aspects of a trade show exhibitor and visitor marketing campaigns including coordination of promotion schedules, mailings, e-mails and faxes for exhibitor and visitor promotion efforts. The ideal candidate will be an energetic team player who has strong writing and organizational skills. Previous work experience that includes marketing, public relations, writing, editing and proofing as well as a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary for success.
Project Manager
The PMO team is looking for a talented and dedicated individual. This role will be responsible for managing projects in support of business initiatives that range in scope and complexity. A qualified candidate will have experience using proven project management methodologies to ensure time, scope and cost objectives are successfully achieved.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
- Drive projects from conception to production, managing all aspects including: scope definition, timeline planning, resource allocation, budget management, change control, risk management and communication.

This role will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing potential solutions and performing other analysis as needed to support the process of turning ideas into actionable projects.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
- Partner with business units and enterprise solutions teams to define, gather and document business requirements using various techniques including interviews, document analysis, surveys, working sessions, documenting use cases and performing process and workflow analysis.

.NET Programmer Analyst
The .NET Programmer Analyst’s role is to define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements. This includes writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications. The Programmer Analyst will also research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production life cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with developers, programmers, and designers in conceptualizing and development of new software programs and applications.
- Liaise with network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems.
- Analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures.
- Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of software’s business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments.
- Assist in defining software development project plans, including scoping, scheduling, and implementation.

Diversified Business Communications is seeking a Customer Insights Manager to drive our in-house analytics and research expertise. This position will assess business needs, determine appropriate analyses and/or research needed, develop and conduct quantitative and qualitative studies using online and offline methods, and then apply data analytics to extract actionable insights and strategy to present to product leaders and senior management. The goal of this role and work will be an exceptional understanding our markets, customers, audience and web traffic in order to maximize our growth.
Essential job functions include:
- Lead analytic and/or research methodology and implementation strategy, working with internal business owners to understand and address the business issue
- Develop internal reports and presentations that present actionable results and recommendations to the senior team and across the company
